Managing and Maintaining of Bali Peace Park
Established in 2002 Yayasan GUS is a non-profit environmental organization, dedicated to improving Bali’s environment. Yayasan GUS has implemented projects across Bali with the help of the surfing community and AusAID the Australian.Agency for international development.Yayasan GUS has a strong capacity in project management and maintenance.Yayasan GUS is a member of Kuta Small Business Association.

Bali Peace Park

Environmental Awareness & Education Program

This program, sponsored originally by USaid, is now an ongoing part of GUS operations. By June 2003, this dynamic program had reached 5,000 Balinese teenagers.

GUS ran a competition (sponsored by USaid) to create a very large environmental mural 15m x 2.5m, on the themes of 'Unity in a Shared Environment'. The mural was first erected at 'Ground Zero' KUTA, in September 2003.
